For North America, we offer shipping to the following countries and regions:

The continental United States, including the 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories

Canada and Mexico, including all states

United States: 8–12 business days
Canada and Mexico: 10–15 business days

For Europe and Oceania, we offer shipping to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Romania.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Usually, it takes approximately 5–8 business days to prepare your order, plus shipping time. Please refer to the estimated delivery time for each region listed above.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note that because custom work is involved, orders may take up to 5–8 business days to process before shipment. After receiving the shipping confirmation email, please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Please keep in mind that delivery dates may change due to severe weather conditions or holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are happy to fulfill international orders. We are proud to use UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS as our main carriers.

Our production time remains the same, while shipping costs may vary depending on the destination of your order. Depending on your country or region, customs duties or import taxes may be charged in addition to shipping fees.

If your personalized product needs to be remade, your order may be delayed. Only items that pass our quality inspection process will be shipped. This process helps ensure that each product meets our standards and is designed to provide you with a perfect gift.
